    Hey guys,

    Is it possible to get a bulk export of the Disconnection Reason for all interactions within a given time period? I have a had a look at the available filters in the interactions tab but nothing gives what I am after.

    Currently, the only way I can see to do it is to click into each individual interaction.

    Hi,

    You can use the Conversations API to get the conversations within a time interval. The data should include the disconnect reason per segment.

    If you want to test it out, you can use the Analytics Query Builder tool:
