Hi all,
Do we have any ways to extend the limit 72 hours of inactivity? I don't want to remove the chat history after 72 hours of inactivity.
Thanks

Hi @AnNN2 can you tell us a bit more about your use-case? Sounds interesting, happy to hear about long-lasting conversation use-cases (just like we have on other messaging apps). We are planning configurable Guest Session timeout with this Idea (please vote), but no firm ETA yet: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DXWMM-I-7

hi @Angelo_Cicchitto,
in my case, the client won't see the chat history when they log in after 72hrs inactivity, I know this is a limit from Genesys but I don't want it. Is there any way to extend the time, or workaround on this?
Thanks

Hi An
The 72 hour limit is currently a hard limit. I would suggest you open an Idea in our Ideas portal.
