  • 1.  External calls to call enabled groups are showing a random group member as the caller?

    Calling a dialable purecloud group from an external number shows one of the group members as the caller (Lindsey Schroeder):


    Once you click answer, that goes away and shows the proper 10 digit caller ID:

    I can't think of any explanation of why this would function this way other than it just being a bug... This is confusing my users making them think that they are getting an internal call from a coworker.  This seem to be happening to all my groups and has been for an unknown but long period of time... anyone else ?

    Did you find a fix for this? 

    We are experiecing the same issues on a recent deployment.
