External Contacts: Different list by division/dept?

    Hi Everyone!

    In Genesys Cloud, is it possible to have different external contact lists available to different departments? So for example the Member Services Dept would see one list of external contacts, but would not see external contacts for the Insurance Dept? Would I be able to do this by configuring different divisions?
