    Hi Community ,

    Has anyone ever tried to synch Genesys Cloud external contacts from a third-party portal (Non - Salesforce )? If yes, how can this be done?The third party supports RESTful APIs.  Is a 2 way synch possible?

    Usecase : For the first time a bulk upload via csv will be done to GC , for uploading all external contacts . After that whatever changes in the contacts are made in the portal should be automatically pushed/synch back to GC .

    Hi Garima, 

    Hopefully the community can provide some further feedback based on your use case, but have you looked at the resources around the External Contacts APIs in the Developer Center?
