    Hi everyone

     

    We're currently researching the use of external learning content within Genesys Cloud, things like adding content from a Learning Management System (LMS) and/or use of a Learning Record Store (LRS) to gather or push learning information.

     

    To help with this I'd really like your feedback and insights, what would you like Genesys Cloud to be in this space?

     

    Do you currently have a LMS and would just expect the user journey to stay in there?
    Do you have a LMS but would like Genesys Cloud to present learning material to Employees inside Genesys Cloud, a more immediate view of their learning?
    Don't you have a LMS and would want Genesys Cloud to be the vehicle through which you present all of your learning content?

     

    Also reporting:

    Where do you store your reporting at the moment?
    What is your reporting used for?
    What would you like your reporting to be used for?
    Do you have a LRS that you keep all of your data in?
    What is that data used for, what insights do you get from it?

     

    If any of these topics are of interest, I'd really like to hear from you, to gather your thoughts and understand what you'd like to achieve.
