    Hello everyone!. I have a question, I am using Web Messaging that is displayed on the client page. In the Widget itself there are fields when you start an interaction to fill in with your name and email, this data is sent as custom attributes and we use one of them to place an external tag in the Architect. My question is, the agent receives the chat interaction with "No name". Is it possible to use the name that I collected before in web messaging and have the interaction reach the agent with this name?
