    Hi,

    We have 3 contact lists loading into our dialer - Pure Connect every morning. One of those 3 contact lists has this issue.

    To get into the granularity of it, that contact list, which has an issue, has 4 clients and only 2 out of 4 clients has maximum number of F reported at the end of the day.

    We tried to manually upload the file but still has issue by changing the 'F' to 'C'.

    Its surprising to know that its sporadic and not consistent. I can understand it being consistent and point it my contact list being/ having bad numbers however, the issue is that if today, end of the day, a particular file is marked as 'F', tomorrow, the same file is marked as 'C'.

    Tried to go through the TS server logs, Notifier logs, Dialer Logs and IP Logs but could not find any difference.

    Checked to identify any behaviour or trend, but no trend it happening on particular days, or particular time of the day either.

    It starts on the second pass of the campaigns and campaign finishes in no time. Hence have to manually create a contact list, upload and play the files through the dialer but that too lasts for one pass max.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    A Status of "F" means "Flagged for Review" and is caused by all of the contact's numbers being uncallable.
