    Hello all.
    When I enable the Facebook messages flow, is it possible to stop receiving messages on the Facebook Messenger ?
    Should I do something on Genesys ?

    Note: When you log in to Facebook, Genesys Cloud creates its own session and automatically retrieves any Facebook pages that you own. When creating additional Facebook integrations, you must select all of your Facebook pages integrated with Genesys Cloud, not just the newest addition.

    • If you delete your Facebook integration, you are unable to respond to messages still on the left side in the queue.

    Hi Breno,

    I have done Fb messenger integration and tested. It is working fine. late r we deleted that integration. is it possible to login again? When we try to login it is not loading and sometimes it is showing reconnect and later it is not showing in the config area under platforms. can you suggest me how to  re-login again ?

    Hello Naga, 

     

    There should be no problems readding the integration and re-logging in again. As long as you follow the documentation in our resource center

     

    If you are not seeing the expected behavior a case with customer care might be needed to check to see what's going on and why its not showing up in the configuration area in Genesys.

    Hello,

    There seems to be limited role settings on Facebook so there's no good way to not also get them in the Messenger app that I've found.
