  • 1.  Failed to toggle log capture

    Hello.. I am trying to turn on log capture for an agent and when I set log capture, I receive this error "Failed to toggle log capture".  Why am I getting this error and how can I correct it so that I can turn on log capture?

    Check that the agents profile is Active in Admin > People & Permissions > People. Had the same issue with another user, that corrected it. Please let me know if that works for you too.

    I am getting the same error. I have admin rights and the user is active, still getting the same error.

    How many people are you currently logging for?

    As Vaun was leading toward, note that there's a limit of 5 people who can be enabled for automatic log capture at any time.

    My bad. It was related to permission, had to add the permission to enable log capture to existing role.
