Hi all, I am following the guide here to create a bot connector integration, however once saved the integration shows error "failed to validate genesys-byob integration after config change"
What could be causing this error?

Hi @Zino_Onokpise, It was a simple bot connector integration with one credential field added. I had since deleted this integration and recreated it from scratch I did not experience this error again. Thanks
