Biggest thing to remember is that Genesys Cloud only does t.30 or G.711 faxing, so there is no backup channel like t.38 provides. Essentially, it is a G.711 phone call and ANY disruption can cause errors. If you are getting that much through - congratulations. I don't know of any real limits except if you have limits on call length on the trunk/carrier. Also, with G.711, the receiving fax might have to have a large enough buffer to accept the entire fax before it starts printing. I usually avoid GC for any real fax functions.

Is there a maximum size or size range for how big a fax can be sent through G.Cloud?
I ran tests and a 3MB/21 page file went through but a 2MB/120 page file did not go through.
I've not been able to find anything in the Resource Center.
