I used an API in my Apex class to publish the Fax result in SF.
Creating a Flow in SF looks a good idea . I will try it though ...

Once you send the fax, it will return a conversation ID. You can use a Flow in Salesforce to query that conversation for delivery status. It also shows up in the Interactions performance view.
