Hey Francis! If you choose to use a cover page you can select what information you want sent and should be able to not choose email address. We just realized though that the persons name auto populates with this method and are looking into how we can exclude that as well.

Hello, I'm doing some testing to add faxing to our system and was hoping to get a little bit of information.
For outbound fax, it is printing the e-mail address of the user who sends it on all pages of the document.
Is there a way to remove the user's e-mail from the heading?
