    Hi Genesys Community Members,

    Mobile journey tracking was in beta – and has now gone GA in combination with mobile event orchestration!

    So now with Genesys Cloud you can integrate journey tracking into mobile apps. In the same way that you can utilise web events to drive web messaging engagements with Predictive Engagement you can now also do that for your mobile apps. You can find more information about setting up and configuring  mobile journey tracking and also how to Create a mobile messaging offer.  

    This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud CX 1 Digital Add-on II, Genesys Cloud CX 2, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX 3, or Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital or Genesys Cloud CX AI Experience.
