    Hello Community members

    This week we're pleased to be releasing an increase to the amount of data you're able to see for Speech & Text Analytics in our aggregate views.

    You'll now be able to see up to 1 year of data at a time in Topic Trends and Agent/Queue Topic views.

    This increase will allow you to see much larger timeframes and give the ability to see things like seasonal changes in Topics.

    In the views, you'll be able to manually select timeframes of up to 1 year at a time, like in the below example:

    Additionally you'll have the option to quickly look at the previous 3 months:
    Once selected you'll be able to see your data for the larger timeframes selected:
    This is a great enhancement to the aggregate views within Genesys Cloud, allowing you to see much more of your data in a single view. The views will work on any data you already have in the system, as well as any data in the future. So you'll be able to start looking at these new timeframes straight away!
