    Hello All - we are looking to see if there is an option to leave free form text or comments on Knowledge articles referenced in a digital bot flow?  I see in the knowledge articles under Analytics and Feeback an option for feedback but I believe that is only feedback from agent assist?  Is there anyway to get feedback for an article from someone viewing the article who is a perspective client other than was the article helpful yes/no?

    Hello John,

    Welcome to the Community and great profile picture! I was looking into this and we have a number of Ideas on the Product Ideas Lab requesting this kind of functionality. I would recommend taking a look at the existing Ideas and voting on them or submitting your own for this new feature.
