Hello All - we are looking to see if there is an option to leave free form text or comments on Knowledge articles referenced in a digital bot flow? I see in the knowledge articles under Analytics and Feeback an option for feedback but I believe that is only feedback from agent assist? Is there anyway to get feedback for an article from someone viewing the article who is a perspective client other than was the article helpful yes/no?
