Feedback Survey not Working after Migration

    Dear Community,

    Good Day,

    We would like to know if someone experience issue on the Feedback survey after the migration. We used Interaction Migration to migrate the whole config of CIC. So far everything is working fine except for the Feedback survey not working.

    The old survey is migrated but its not working. We tried to call the iVR and went to survey and its dead air. 

    When we tried to create new survey its not saving. we closed ICBM and the new survey is not showing. We checked the DB and the new survey is exists. 

    Below is the sample screenshot of errors we are getting in ICBM.

    Any Idea about this? Thanks in advance
