Regarding inbound/outbound calls feedback/survey, I would like to know the possible approaches to store data? Is there a feature could be used? How can I deal with reports/analytics for the collected data?

If you're just building flows in Architect, you could use data actions to store data in an external service or set participant attributes.

I was thinking to go with Wrapup, but it appears it only save one data for each call. However, your suggestion is better to be used since all data can be saved.
