    Hi,

    Does anyone know if there is a way to generate a list of recording policies that apply to a Queue, User, or whatever? It's not all that efficient to open them all one at a time to search!

    Good luck there Paul.  With the possibility of overlapping conditions and determining which would actually apply, I don't see how.  It would be really great to have a recording tester to let us know that.  Great idea:  Provide a Recording Policy Tester | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io).  Paul, add your comments to this.  Perhaps @Daniel Ho could comment on this.
