  • 1.  First Inbound Call Disconnecting

    Has anyone had any issues where the rep's first inbound call of the day disconnects? They are able to pick up, say their greeting, then the call disconnects. After that, all inbound calls moving forward works perfectly fine. Very odd that it's only for the first inbound call of the day.

    After checking with Care I could not find any other cases of this happening. If any other customers are having this issue please let it be known.

    Might try using Persistent Connection on WebRTC phones. If you are not utilizing that feature, you might give it a try.
