To preface, we are opening a Support case on this, but reaching out to see if anyone else has noticed this issue. When Flow Execution History was launched, we could use verbose notes level history on most inbound call flows. Lately though, if the flow transfers to a secure flow, but doesn't contain any secure data or use and secure data actions, it's limited to base. I don't think this is how it's supposed to perform. From my understanding, secure flows are limited to base, but typical inbound flows should be available for all levels.
