    Folks I have this schedule check flow.  When I dial the DID I've assigned to test with it goes straight to the closed office message. I am calling during the open hours and the flow never goes to Open.  I've used Update Data, Set Participant Data and Call Data Action with proper manned Queues but always comes up with the office closed announcement. Any thoughts :)

    Are you talking about the Evaluate Schedule/Evaluate Schedule Group action inside a flow, or an ivr that uses schedule based routing?

    Thanks.  Turns out the Q ID was defined as a string. When changed to a variable it worked.  Not quite sure why but happy with results :) Thanks for the links
