    Hey everyone,

    Is there anyway to create a group chat where the users can send Attachments Or Voice Notes same as whatsapp?

    already tried on group chats & Agent Assistance

    Hey Osama,

    In group chats they can Send media and files in a chat but voice notes isn't currently an option. I would recommend raising an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab so this can be considered by the Product Management team
