Thanks for your post! This is part of our ongoing effort to enhance the visual presentation of WFM, guided by accessibility standards such as WCAG. Our goal is to make the user interface-not just for WFM, but across the entire platform-more functional and inclusive for visually impaired users. You can learn more about our accessibility efforts here: [About accessibility - Genesys Cloud Resource Center].
Regarding the appearance of WFM activities specifically: we have a feature on the roadmap that will allow WFM administrators to customize the background and text color for each activity within a Business Unit.
Looking ahead, we plan to share before-and-after previews of upcoming WFM UI changes related to accessibility improvements in advance.

Subject: Font change in schedules
Hello! I'm fielding complaints left and right from my WFM team on the font change in schedules, want to be sure we aren't the only ones that had a change? Font was previously a grey and is now black (and perhaps a little larger?).
It's much tougher on the eyes, and since they are staring at schedules all day it's impactful.
