The second feature is Capacity Planning which will allow users to create Capacity Plans that will include your demand forecast along with staffing assumptions, attrition, shrinkage, and hiring. The Capacity Plans will show you the required vs. planned and show you where you are over or under staffed. This feature is estimated to be released late 2025. In the meantime, we do have a feature coming soon that will provide an API for interval requirements without shrinkage considerations for a WFM forecast (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-905) with a UI in schedule, or you can get those numbers by generating a schedule (assuming the forecast has not changed since the schedule creation).

Ex: Rather than using a 3rd party service for this info, I would hope there would be a forecasted number of agents needed based on the predicted call volume and then be shown the actual headcount based on the granularity selected on the Forecast screen:
