  • 1.  Forward call does not send the original caller's number.

    I would like to know, in the case where a system makes cross-trunk calls and sends a "from" number as 8 digits, and on the Genesys Cloud system, the user has set up a call forward to a mobile number,
    why does the Genesys system forward the call using a 10-digit number from the Default site instead? Is there a way to make it send the 8-digit number instead?

    É necessário utilizar o formato "E.164" e no receptor (IPBX ou SBC) deverá ser manipulado para o formato final.

    Hi Nuttapong, I had scenerys similar recently and I like to work with a default for match DID numbers.

    Cisco Sends to SBC1 with this format "+5511+8 digits" and SBC1 redirects to Genesys Cloud.

    +55 = Area code Country Brazil

    11 = Area Code region São Paulo - Brazil;

    I had another scenario too - Cisco Sends to SBC1 with this format "+5511+4 digits" and SBC1 executes manipulation for "+5511+4 digits + 0000" and redirects to Genesys Cloud.

    When I need to go external, I transfer to the number "+5511+8digits" for SBC2. In the SBC apply manipulation for "8 digits" removing +5511 for send to destination, "NT" in your example.

    Att,
