    Is there any way to properly export the free form text that is entered on a quality observation form/scorecard?

    Hi Diane,

    There isnt currently a way to export this direct from the UI there is a Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab idea: Evaluator Comments to be shown in exported Genesys Report under PM review currently looking at this functionality.

    You can get the comments using the API: https://developer.genesys.cloud/useragentman/quality/#get-api-v2-quality-conversations--conversationId--evaluations--evaluationId-
