Beyond is excited to announce a new recorded webinar on Navigating the Deprecation of the Quality Evaluator Dashboard.
Genesys Cloud will retire the Overview (Evaluations) page under Performance and migrate its data views to more appropriate locations. This change improves consistency across the platform, eliminates redundant dashboards, and ensures compliance with evolving system requirements.
Running Tuesday June 17th - Tuesday June 24th, anyone with a Beyond account can access this webinar for free. If someone doesn't have a Beyond account, they can sign up for free here. After 7 days, the webinar will then move back into our regular paid subscription catalog. We hope this gives everyone interested an opportunity to access it at a time that is convenient for them.
