    Has anyone looked at the future release page and can work out what next weeks releases are.  I do wish Genesys would stop constantly changing things like this.  One of my Friday tasks is to check what's coming next week that I need to address or investigate and now it shows absolutely nothing helpful.  You now have to drill another layer to get the information but I stumbled across it by chance

    For those equally as confused, you now click on Platform and at the top of the page there is Features coming soon

    Easiest is to bookmark this link: Genesys Cloud - Features coming soon - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    But otherwise, click Releases Notes:

     

    Then click on Feature Releases and Features Coming soon.
