    Hello,

    I'm working with a customer who recently enabled Gamification in their org. They have 2 metrics enabled; punctuality w/ a max of 300 points and average hold w/ a max of 500 points. Despite only having those two metrics enabled, the agent's "Max Points" in their scorecard show 1,100. Has anyone else seen this or does anyone know how that 1,100 number is being calculated?

    Are those the only two metrics assigned to that gamification profile?  I just setup the same and got 800:

    Those are the only two metrics that are enabled for the profile and they only have one profile.

    Hi Maurice, thanks for posting the details about your problem. The Max score should indeed be 800pts in this particular case, so something seems wrong.

    Could you please raise a support ticket so that we can have a detailed look at the problem?
