Hello,
I'm working with a customer who recently enabled Gamification in their org. They have 2 metrics enabled; punctuality w/ a max of 300 points and average hold w/ a max of 500 points. Despite only having those two metrics enabled, the agent's "Max Points" in their scorecard show 1,100. Has anyone else seen this or does anyone know how that 1,100 number is being calculated?
