Can anyone explain why the user isn't getting gold stars for changing their status within 3 minutes of being scheduled?

I had wondered the same thing and assumed it was because it wasn't right on the exact time- despite having the 3 minute window. Curious to see what others say.

    Hi Cherri and Shelby,

This appears to be an issue with the conditional check to determine if we are in the bullseye zone or not. This is mostly a visual bug and does not influence the total point. We have a fix coming for this.

    Hi Shelby,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like there are some issues with rounding and we will investigate how to address this.

To give you some additional detail:

In your example, agents are able to earn 500 points total for punctuality. There are 8 punctuality events. This means that an agent can earn 62.5 points/event if they are punctual within 3 minutes. It seems like this is rounded to 62 points in one place and 63 points in another, leading to the disconnect you are observing.

Ultimately, you are absolutely right, and the agent should have earned gold stars for those times they changed their status within 3 minutes of being scheduled.

Additionally, some of those status changes happened within a few seconds of being scheduled. Even if those would result in check marks for some reason, they should be much closer to the center of the board than they are. We will look into that as well.
