Divisions don't really come into play for the gamification, but the metrics will only report on the calls that agents handle. The division control in the profiles is for visibility of the actual profile, not the stats shown in the profile.

We have a call center where there are 2 divisions of the same people taking calls from both divisions. Will Gamification work if I have the same people in 2 different Gamification Profiles taking calls in 2 different divisions during the same shift? Will it show Scores for both divisions on their dashboard?
