From what I've seen, that should clear up after a few minutes. If the user is still seeing that error, you will need to gather console and network logs and have our Product Support team investigate the issue further. If you do open a case, please let me know what the case number is so that I can monitor the issue internally.

Hi Community ,
One of the users in my org is being asked to put MFA code (exactly same issue as reported in community post : https://community.genesys.com/discussion/mfa-mysteriously-required-for-one-user ) .
I tried to reset the mfa as here : https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/reset-mfa-devices-of-users ; but after this user is getting 'app initialisation error ' . Even after clearing cache , even switching browser , the user gets same error . What could be the root cause of this ?
