Hello, Andy, I am not sure exactly what you mean by "
metadata from a scheme which equates to a skill", but regarding personal data stored with Interactions, Genesys Cloud does has functionality for a conversation detail retention setting which is currently in closed beta release. This retention setting functions to remove all personal data related to interactions older than the retention setting, which can be between 90 days and 1825 days (i.e. 5 years). There are currently important limitations to this functionality which is why it is in closed beta.

I have a request from my customer to bulk remove all metadata from a scheme which equates to a skill, I can bulk the recordings with no issue but I need to anonymize the metadata, at email, remote (chat) and phone number, has anyone figured out a way to do this. the GDPR API one at a time is too lengthy a process in my view to do the work. I am talking 1000s of conversations in voice email and chat
