I'm looking for best practices or approach on how to analyze below-mentioned aspects
- Did the caller directly ask for agent in middle of bot flow?
- Was the Bot Flow interaction after which caller reached live agent?
- Which part of the Bot Flow is failure with the user interaction?
I've gone through Bot Performance reports and they seem to be time interval based & not interaction wise so doesn't seem to help my cause. Please advise.
