    Hi,

Is there any systematic way to get a list of all the Participant Data fields configured in all flows on an org?

    Thanks.

Funnily enough, I am currently working on creating a Data Dictionary of Participant Data for one of my customers.

I would LOVE an automated way of doing this.

I feel another idea coming on....

There is not - and because they are all custom-created and may not show up on all call routing scenarios, it can be a bit of a beast. We got burned by this early in our deployment and have asked all call flow designers to track the participant data they build into their flows so that we can pass the lists on to our analytics teams.

    John, Brad,

OK, so I'm just playing around with Archy and a few other tools and trying to comer up with a tool to extract this kind of information from an ORG. If I get anywhere, I'll share it.

My question to you both (and anyone else who is interested) is "how would you like the data formatted and what should be included?"

Obviously, I need to scan all the flows and then generate a complete list of Get / Set Participant Data operations. But Is a list sufficient? Wouldn't you want to know which flow(s) reference each item? Is this best produced as an Excel Spreadsheet, or some other format? What other information would you want to see attached to it?

If I'm going to the effort to put something together, I may as well make it useful to others! ;-)

    Thanks Paul!  😎

I think Excel or a .csv would be fine. I'm a newbie to Participant Data, but how's this for starters? Open for suggestions, of course.

    Cheers.
