I noticed in most of my customer instances, there is one or more user named "Generic" in the agent performance list and was wondering who/what it is ? They are not user accounts, there are no ids. They just appear on Agent performance list. I am curious to know what it is ? screenshot attached.
When you click on the name "Generic" the page just refreshes.
