• On June 30, the Resource Center URL is changing from help.mypurecloud.com to help.genesys.cloud. This migration will include all previous and future content – including release notes, announcements, etc.
• Best Practice: Community discussions with resource center links may not redirect accordingly. Please use your preferred search tool to find a replacement and if that fails, reply to the post or start a discussion if you need help finding an updated link.
