I have opened a ticket with support that our admin users cannot, despite having appropriate Billing Permissions, see the Genesys Add-Ons menu item. Support stated that the menu item was removed and that I should use the Integrations menu item. However, the Genesys Add-ons such as Genesys Cloud Voice, Genesys DialogEngine, etc. are not displayed there. I have asked support to confirm. But in the meanwhile, I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this.
