    With Summarization for French Canada, Genesys states that AWS Bedrock is used.  If the customer's Org is in Canada, will AWS Bedrock be used within the same customer Org (Canada), or will it use AWS Bedrock in a US Region thus creating a cross-border compliance issue.  Thanks

    According to the resource center article you linked, the region mapping states if the org is in CAC1 then both Summarization and Answer Highlight and Generation are mapped to Bedrock region CAC1: Bedrock region mapping
