    Hi Everyone, can you please let me know if we can send cutomizable messages to agents for the alert rules. As an example of they are on call for more than 30 minutes we can send them a message saying "Do you need any help?".

    Not yet.  There are many ideas about this.  About the only way is through triggers and workflows or 3rd-party apps like NovelVox.  Genesys is working on enhancing the notifications for rules, but don't hold your breath.
