Hi - We're interested to know if Genesys Audio Hook client also streams real-time transcription of voice conversation along with media and meta-data over audio hook web socket channel. Please confirm.

Additionally assist us with following queries:

1. What are the prerequisites to enable Audio Hook Monitoring ? Do that require transcription enabled as a must ?
2. What are the licensing requirement for Audio Hook ? (GCXn ?)
3. Any additional cost involved for audio streaming apart from required licensing ?

You can still have access to the voice transcript as it is built/computed using [Transcription Notifications received via WebSocket or EventBridge.
