Hi Rajeev
Were you sent a link from Genesys to run this test? If I recall, the test page has a number of regions listed on the left hand side bar for you to select yours, and then you put your org name into a text field before it will then download the BCS client you mentioned to run the actual tests. Things may have changed from when I last ran this though.

We are planning to use Genesys BYOC cloud & we will be doing the network assessment as suggested by Genesys.

Downloaded the BCS client. I have the below queries.
1. Does this BCS client needs to be Run with Administrative privilege or it is ok to run in user privilege from the PCs ?
2. I ran the BCS client from user privilege & I got the below screen.
- I am not sure what the below status means ?
- I was not asked to select the AWS region. No option I got.
- I was not asked to input the Organization name ?
Am I missing anything to run the BCS client to do my network assessment.
