Hi All,
We have a problem when embeding our custom web page into Genesys. Our web page is hosted in Azure webapp. And in Genesys, we configure the integration to include the application URL. Our customer also using SSO to login Genesys.
When customer try to open the page using Genesys Desktop App or Google Chrome, it shows " Refused to display 'https://login.microsoftonline.com/ ' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'." But no problem when using Microsoft Edge.
Also, if using Google chrome private mode or clear cache before openning the page, the page can be shown wothout problem.
Any one have any idea to fix the problem?
