We've got some exciting changes coming to Genesys Cloud CX WEM. Schedulers will now have greater control over their processes with increased visibility into changes and shift history.
What's new?
We've enhanced the "Shift History View" within the Genesys Cloud CX schedule UI so that it will track the differences between published schedule saves. If the published schedule was changed, you'll be able to click the history button and see the difference between the current published schedule, the last save and the person who saved it.
What does the history include?
- Who changed the schedule?
- All activities
- Full day time off request markers
How does this impact my scheduling?
You can now view changes to an agent's schedule that occur between saves. This will give you greater insight into changes and information like the date of each change, who changed the shift and the shift's paid hours.
Who is the update available for?
The feature will be available for the following subscriptions:
- Genesys Cloud User 3
- Genesys Cloud User 1 with Digital Upgrade I
- Genesys Cloud User 1 with Digital Upgrade II
- Genesys Cloud User 1 with WEM Upgrade II
- Genesys Cloud User 2 with WEM Upgrade I
When will the update be available for?
This enhancement is available for shifts created after February 9, 2022.
