    Hi Community
    I have an issue with a customer where the GC Desktop app signs the user out. This is a rare occurrence but has happened a couple of times and I was wondering if anyone else has seen this.
    The customer is using SSO (enforced) and I was wondering if it was tied to the SSO Token expiring?
    I do have a case open with Support, but as you all know, getting logs means opening the console, which I'm not sure is practical on 250 agents.

    Hi Community,

    Not sure if this is the same issue but we are experiencing buffering on the PureCloud Desktop and for right now the agents must reboot to get the system back up. We do use SSO and are integrated with SalesForce. I am doing some independent research trying to find if this is us or Genesys :)
