    Update: We’ve discovered that some adjustments are needed before we can finalize SMS commit sales. As a result, the committable SMS with volume tier structure isn’t available just yet. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work through it. We're actively addressing the issue and will share an update with you as soon as we can. Thank you for bearing with us.

    As part of our commitment to a transparent, competitive, and simplified pricing structure, we are notifying you of upcoming changes to Genesys Cloud Digital Channels pricing.

    We’re pleased to share that the digital pricing updates will go into effect starting June 23, 2025. You can find full details in the Genesys Cloud Digital Channels pricing updates overview, including a helpful FAQ section at the end.

    Please note that these updates apply to all Digital customers, including those on multi-year contracts. No action is required at this time unless you wish to transition from the current conversation-based pricing to the more cost-effective message-based pricing by adding AI Tokens to your subscription. Customers without AI Tokens will continue on conversation-based pricing until tokens are added or upon contract renewal.
