    Hi Community, 

    As we invest more efforts on enhancing the capabilities of Knowledge, we're pleased to announce that the Knowledge 'Support center' will now be renamed to 'Knowledge portal'. This is to align better with the product goal of broadening the use cases served beyond support. 

    This name change will be impacting all Messenger Configuration >> Support Center, Performance Dashboard and Knowledge Optimisation. Attaching a few screens indicating the text changes made.  


    #ConversationalAI(Bots,AgentAssist,etc.)

    You know what would be really great - having it hosted in GCx so we just have to point or iframe it into our apps and web pages.

    Not clear what this update is about and how it would affect contact Centers. Can You share some additional screenshots for e.g. how do we get to the screenshot You shared.

    Hi Abhinayaa,

    Could you be more specific about how is the user supposed to access this "Knowledge Portal"? Is it embedded with Messenger UI, supposed it is a different thing against Knowledge App within the Messenger Homescreen?
