  • 1.  Genesys Cloud not recognizing Plantronics Hub on some user's platforms

    Hello,

    We have noticed that some of our customers are complaining that Genesys cloud is no longer recognizing their Plantronics Hub software. We have tried re-installing the software, clearing the  browser's cache, trying a different browser, deleting and recreating the custom audio profiles, with no luck

    I understand that Genesys doesn't support Poly Lens but is there any other suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

    Just as a reference, our Hub is on version 3.25.2

    Hello Christopher,

    While it is true that Genesys Cloud does not support Poly Lens, I would recommend checking out HP's support site for more information.
